Once you click on the Create a Video button, you will be brought to the editing page. Drag and drop the video to the Media section and apply one video to the storyboard first.
Use the overlay icon on the another video. The video will be added to the one you applied to the storyboard. Drag to adjust its position.
You can also adjust the overlay duration. Click the clock icon on your top right, drag the slider to the point where you want the overlaid video to start.
