You might have heard of picture-in-picture, but you barely know video overlay. Actually, video overlay is a video being put on top of another video and the two videos can be played simultaneously. The technique lies behind is called picture-in-picture effect.

There are many circumstances that you need to put a video on top of another, for instance;
