What is FlexClip and how does it work?
FlexClip is an easy-to-use video maker that can help both professionals and beginners create beautiful videos in minutes.
FlexClip's powerful video editor lets you trim/split to select the best part of your video, and give it a personal touch with customizable text animations, music, etc. To know better how it works, you can check our Getting Started tutorial for information.
What devices FlexClip supports?
At this moment, you can only use FlexClip on Google Chrome. A further enhanced version of FlexClip is coming soon…...
Or you can download its Windows version which is fully compatible with the Windows 10 operating system by visiting FlexClip for Desktop or going to the Windows Store.
Can I use my FlexClip video for commercial purposes?
Your FlexClip video may include photos, clips, music and fonts. The resources provided by FlexClip may be used in FlexClip video for commercial purposes. The content you upload including but not limited to photos, clips, and music, may be used commercially only if you have the appropriate rights for each of those content.
You must verify that you have the appropriate rights to use any content you upload. If not, you are prohibited from using your FlexClip video for commercial purposes.

What type of files FlexClip supports to upload?
FlexClip supports uploading up to 400MB of video. We support the following formats: MP4 (H264), MOV, WEBM, M4V".
If you receive a format-related error message when you upload a video clip, we recommend that you reformat it using the free online video converting tool.
There are many video files with the same format but different encoding methods, such as MPEG4 encoding in MP4 format, which may need to be transcoded before using it.
FlexClip supports the following audio formats: AAC, MP3, M4A, FLAC, OGG, WAV.
FlexClip supports the following image formats: PNG, JPG, WEBP, SVG, GIF, BMP, ICO.
What video format and quality can I download?
You can download your video in MP4 format. And the video output resolution options include 480P, 720P, and 1080P.
Do I have to create an account to use FlexClip?
For using FlexClip online, you must register for an account and login.
How do I sign up?
On the top right corner of FlexClip homepage, click Sign Up button. In the pop-up window, you can choose to connect with Facebook/Google Plus or sign up using an email address.
You'll receive a confirmation email, please click on the link to confirm your account.
Why do I fail to login with my Facebook account?
If your Facebook has been registered with a telephone number, you may not login to FlexClip by connecting with Facebook. You can complete your email address information in your Facebook account and retry.
I can't access my account. Can I reset my password?
You can reset your password by clicking Forgot password link on the login window. Then enter the email address associated with your FlexClip account and we will send you a link to reset your password.
In the email you received, click Reset my password link and then create a new password.
Does FlexClip store any personal data?

Where and when can I find my billing invoice/receipt?
Once you finish the payment successfully, you will receive a payment receipt in your connected mail. You can also check your payment details under the Billing section of your account, where you will find the invoice details including billing date, type, and amount.
What methods of payment does FlexClip accept?
Currently, you can use the credit card as the payment methods for upgrading. And we accept the following credit cards:
- American Express
- Diners Club
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use secure socket layer (SSL) internet encryption technology to protect the security of your payment information. Your information is 100% secure!
How do I cancel my paid subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time on My Account page by clicking "Cancel My Subscription" link at the bottom. If you confirm the cancellation, you will not be billed again on the next billing date. You can keep using your current paid plan until it ends.
Can I change my subscription plan?
If you want to switch to a higher plan, you can go to your account page and upgrade it manually. The number of days that have not been used in your current plan can be deducted by the corresponding amount.
But currently, we don't have a way to downgrade a subscription. Instead, simply cancel your subscription first and after the current plan ends, reupgrade in order to make this sort of change.
Will my subscription automatically renew?
Yes, any subscription plan renews automatically. If you don't want to be billed again, cancel your subscription before the end of expiration date.
How can I confirm that my payment has been made?
After a payment is processed, you will receive an email notification that will let you know if your payment was processed successfully (with a receipt of your recent payment) or if there was a problem processing your payment.
Why my payment failed?
Your payment would fail for many reasons, and the most common reasons include:
Insufficient balance of funds in your account.
Credit card has expired.
Payment rejected or delayed by your bank.
Please check your payment information and try to resubscribe again.
